It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year For "A NASH Icon Christmas”
Martina McBride and The Band Perry to Make Special Appearances Around the Holidays
NASHVILLE, TN – Providing a little cheer just in time for the holidays and offering a shining assortment of Country Superstars, Nash Icon Records has released A NASH ICON CHRISTMAS across digital retailers. With their signature voices and sounds, artists such as The Band Perry, Martina McBride, Rascal Flatts and Justin Moore bring their own twist to classic Christmas tunes.
In partnership with Nash Icon Records, under the BMLG umbrella, Martina will host a one-hour Christmas special that will air on Cumulus stations next month and feature all of the songs from the album. She shared about her contribution to the project, “With our three daughters growing up, it’s really important to be together as a family over the holidays. 'Please Come Home For Christmas’ is about spending time with loved ones and that has always been our top priority." A father of three, Moore added, “The holidays are special because I take time away from the road to enjoy my wife Kate and our girls Ella, Kennedy, Klein. They’re still pretty young so we play a lot of the more upbeat Christmas songs like ‘Run Rudolph Run’ on repeat.” It was also announced today that The Band Perry will perform during the 83rd Annual Tree Lighting at Christmas in Rockefeller Center. The special broadcast event will air on December 2 at 8pm ET/7pm CT on NBC. This hallowed tradition attracts tens of thousands of visitors to the ceremony with millions watching from home.
