Lauren Alaina Releases Vivacious New Video for “Next Boyfriend”
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Lauren Alaina releases the official music video for her playful new single, “Next Boyfriend.” Currently playing on country radio, “Next Boyfriend” is the first track off Lauren’s recently released self-titled EP on Mercury Nashville / 19 / Interscope Records. The video, directed by TK McKamy, provides a fun, high-energy visual perfectly matching the clever tune.
Lauren, while joking around with cheesy pick up lines, wrote the catchy “Next Boyfriend” with Matt McVany and Emily Weisband. Along with “Next Boyfriend,” Lauren co-wrote all tracks on her five-song EP including “History,” a song specifically recorded as an exclusive promo track for ESPN’s extensive college and professional football coverage this season.
