GRAMMY Nominee Cam to Also Be a Presenter on Monday's "58th Annual GRAMMY Awards"
New Single, “Mayday,” Officially Impacts Country Radio Next Week
Nashville, TN – Best Country Solo Performance GRAMMY® nominee and Arista Nashville/RCA Records recording artist Cam announced via social media that she’ll be among the presenters when the 58th Annual GRAMMY Awards airs live in HDTV and 5.1 surround sound this Monday, February 15th
, at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT, on the CBS Television Network.
In advance of the awards, Cam will be in the GRAMMY spotlight in a feature segment of the Friday, February 12, edition of CBS This Morning.
While in Nashville this week for activities that included a performance at the annual Country Radio Seminar New Faces of Country Music Show, Cam was the guest of honor at a celebration lunch at the Sony Music Nashville office. Cam’s record label staff gathered to toast her recent successes, including the release of her acclaimed Untamed album, her GRAMMY nomination and four ACM Awards nominations, and her Platinum-certified #1 single, “Burning House,” which also ranks as the best-selling country single of 2015 by a solo female artist.
The follow-up to “Burning House,” Cam’s “Mayday” is at country radio now with an official airplay impact date of February 15.
With each song co-written by Cam, her Untamed album was produced by GRAMMY®-winner and current Producer of the Year, Non-Classical GRAMMY nominee Jeff Bhasker (Bruno Mars, Beyoncé, FUN., The Rolling Stones, Taylor Swift) and two-time Album of the Year GRAMMY nominee Tyler Johnson (Ed Sheeran, OneRepublic, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Mikky Ekko).
Featured on the cover of the latest issue of tour publication Pollstar, Cam is currently on tour through February 27 with headliner Brad Paisley, and beginning May 12, she’ll hit the road as a special guest on Dierks Bentley’s Somewhere on a Beach Tour.
