Nashville, TN – Arista Nashville/RCA Records country star Cam has recorded a remake of “Here Comes The Sun” which will be included in the Sony Pictures film MIRACLES FROM HEAVEN opening in theaters nationwide on March 16. This classic song was written by George Harrison and first released in 1969 on the Beatles’ album Abbey Road. Cam’s version of “Here Comes The Sun” was produced by Tyler Johnson and features performances by her band members Douglas Showalter, Anders Mouridsen, Alexander Balderston and Walle Wahlgren.
MIRACLES FROM HEAVEN is based on the incredible true story of the Beam family. When Christy (Jennifer Garner) discovers her 10-year-old daughter Anna (Kylie Rogers) has a rare, incurable disease, she becomes a ferocious advocate for her daughter’s healing as she searches for a solution.
After Anna has a freak accident, an extraordinary miracle unfolds in the wake of her dramatic rescue that leaves medical specialists mystified, her family restored and their community inspired.

This past weekend, the singer-songwriter made her Down Under debut performing shows March 12 and 13 at CMC ROCKS QLD 2016, Australia’s biggest international country and roots festival. Featuring Jason Alden, Florida Georgia Line, among other U.S. and Aussie talent, the 3-day festival in Willowbank, Queensland was sold-out with a daily attendance in excess of 45,000.
Cam heads to Las Vegas in two weeks to take the main stage of the ACM Party For A Cause Festival on April 1 as well as the MGM Garden Arena stage for the 51st Academy of Country Music Awards on April 3. The singer-songwriter is the most-nominated female on this year’s award show with a tally of six. Cam is nominated for ACM New Female Vocalist and her Platinum-certified #1 smash “Burning House” is up for ACM Single, Song and Video of the Year. The show will air live on Sunday, April 3, beginning at 8:00 PM ET/delayed PT on the CBS Television Network.
Cam’s “Mayday,” is the new follow-up single to “Burning House.” Co-penned by Cam and Tyler Johnson, “Mayday” is currently ascending country airplay charts and one of 11 tracks on her Untamed debut album which released December 11.
